Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Fees and Payments
Billing: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on the plan you select.
Refund Policy: All membership fees, activation charges, and personal training fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify membership pricing. Any rate changes will be communicated to members at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
3. Gym Rules & Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, members and visitors agree to:
Re-rack all weights and return equipment to designated areas after use.
Wear appropriate athletic footwear and workout attire at all times.
Maintain proper personal hygiene and use sweat towels on equipment.
Refrain from abusive language, harassment, or unsafe behavior toward staff or other members.
Respect gym facility hours and operational guidelines.
Failure to follow gym rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of membership without refund.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Physical Condition: By using our facility or following online fitness instructions, you represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in exercise routines.
Assumption of Risk: Exercise involves inherent risks of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using our equipment, participating in group classes, or receiving personal training.
Medical Clearance: We strongly advise consulting a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on www.rankduo.com, including logos, brand marks, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of ProGym / RankDuo and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProGym, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of personal property arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or gym facilities.
